Our partner wanted to find the best graphene-based formulation to maximize the electrical conductivity in a given application.
To find the optimal performance we evaluated 15 different concentrations of Graphene, mixed with 3 different surfactants. Each surfactant was added in 8 different concentrations. This led to a Full Factorial Sampling of 288, that would take months to be prepared without mistakes on the formulations.
Because we used our high throughput experimentation tools, the whole process to prepare and analyze the samples and to recommend the best performing formulations took 2 weeks.
